Looking great or terrible; having high energy or constant fatigue; sleeping well or not sleeping; having a high sex drive or no sex drive; being happy or depressed - these are all just the natural consequences of being healthy or unhealthy. People have the choice of health and wellness, and no one can achieve wellness for someone else. One of the principle aspects of wellness is food. To be well, you have to eat well!

This section will address the The Diet Golden Rules, Food Combining, Recommended Foods, Foods To Avoid, Recommended Food Plan, Tips For A Healthy Skin Glow and Helpful Resources.

If you are just starting out on your wellness journey, it can seem overwhelming to make a lot of changes at once. Start out making two or three changes in your eating. When you see the difference it makes, you'll want to make more. Add a few healthy foods each week until you are following more and more of the eating-for-wellness recommendations in this section. You'll be glad you did!
